General Data Protection Regulations

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new privacy law which replaces our current Data Protection Act. It applies across all EU countries and will still be in use post-brexit in the UK.

Over the past couple of months, you’ll have received a growing number of emails from companies getting you to check their new policies and agree to new terms. You may have even had to opt back in to various mailing lists that you signed up to. This is due to GDPR not assuming grandfather rights when it comes to your data.

At Northstone Systems, it’s been no different. We’ve been reviewing all of our policies, including what we would do in the unfortunate situation that a data breach occurred in our company. You can take a read of our policies on our dedicated data protection page. These policies apply to not only our company, but our iVech and TyreTec products too.

If you have any questions about our data protection, you can always reach out to ourselves where we will be more than happy to help.
